In 1:1 coaching sessions, I accompany you with my expertise, my lively being and a keen sense for your individual needs. We proceed intuitively and you are at the center of the journey of discovery with the goal of connecting to your higher self.
The key is a holistic approach
Life is multifaceted, as are the themes that accompany us over the course of time. They are usually interwoven, because everything is connected. I like to compare change processes with the „Dominoeffekt“. A change in one area of life usually results in changes in other areas, as you develop as a person.
I therefore stand for a holistic view, the so-called systemic coaching. For this reason, I prefer to define formats (individual and group coaching as well as workshops) with different focal points and the central goal of connection within which I adapt flexibly to your wishes and needs.
At the same time, a content-related orientation can help you make a decision.
