My Approach
Holistic consciousness
I work holistically and include all dimensions of life:
the mind, the emotions, the body as well as the spirit.
For every mentioned dimension I apply methods with which we together guide the way from your status quo to your desired state. We always proceed in a process-oriented and intuitive manner. We also place the four pillars in your personal, social context and therefore work systemically. This means that we look at your topics in a holistic life context, which also includes your (immediate) social environment. The combination of divergent and convergent focus helps us keep an eye on the big picture while focusing on details.
With the approach of cultivating holistic consciousness I support you to
create your desired life with clarity, fulfillment and trust.

Online I face to face I Walk & talk
Online: With online coaching we are flexible and make use of a variety of (visualization) tools. We record your process step by step and work together digitally - creating a natural, human and trusting atmosphere.
Face to Face: In case you prefer a personal coaching on site, I am happy to welcome you in Berlin-Steglitz.
Walk & Talk: An very popular place for coaching is the great outdoors. Natures provides all we need: Fresh air, warm sunshine and beautiful landscapes inspire and a walk moves your body, spirit and soul.
